Tomato- Pick the odd one out

In 1893, a case was filed in the United States Supreme Court addressing whether a tomato was classified as a fruit or a vegetable..! Botanically, a tomato is a fruit. However, in common parlance it is seen as a vegetable, hence the United States Supreme Court ruled that legally, a tomato is a vegetable.

The piece of land bearing this tree stretches a bit into the pond behind it. That would have been definitely chopped off  if the tree was not painted yellow with turmeric and saffron. Now that its a goddess tree, no one dares to cut it.! Thanks to human belief.
